1. Digital delivery only
Rocketelements sells software (digital content) exclusively. No physical goods are shipped. Accordingly, no shipping costs are incurred.
2. Delivery method and time
Delivery takes place electronically. After completion of your order and confirmation of payment, you will receive:
– an order confirmation by email to the email address provided at checkout,
– access to the software download, and
– your license key(s),
normally within a few minutes of purchase. Download access and license management are also available at any time from your customer account at rocketelements.io.
3. Delivery worldwide
As delivery is digital, our products are available worldwide. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your billing country and customer status. For business customers outside Germany, sales may qualify as tax-exempt export deliveries or reverse-charge supplies; this is determined automatically at checkout.
4. Failed delivery
If you do not receive your order confirmation or download access within one hour of purchase, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at info@rocketelements.io. We will re-send your access promptly.
