1. Available payment methods
We offer the following payment methods:
Credit / Debit Card
We accept the card brands displayed at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Your card is charged upon completion of the order. Card payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe; Rocketelements does not store your full card details.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. You will be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal as payment service provider.
2. Prices and taxes
All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing country and customer status before you place your order. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
3. Recurring payments for subscriptions
Our products are sold as subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g. yearly) at the price stated at checkout, until cancelled.
By providing your payment information and completing your order, you authorize Rocketelements to charge your chosen payment method for the initial payment and for each renewal payment when due, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
The renewal price, billing interval, and first renewal date are displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order documentation. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription and the associated license may be suspended or cancelled.
